Cant see connected devices thus unable to use just about all of the features. Setup of user profiles is worthless.

We had the fiber optic service installed by Valley WiFi a couple of months ago. Our previous service sucked because of lousy service, many drop-outs and generally bad value. Our new service is wonderful. No failures, no drop - outs of service and lightning fast wifi. We couldn't be happier (unless it was free). We've even purchased better computers to take full advantage of the speed. Hooray for Velley WiFi.

The best in the area. I have had zero trouble with my WiFi connection, and the service was friendly and on time. I recommend them to everyone.
