iCab2 application supports technicians, branch information officers, customer development teams, ... to perform professional functions such as looking up customer information using VTVcab television service, accepting installation and warranty requirements, activating SDHD digital television services, Internet services, VOD, ...
iCab2 application helps leaders manage work easily.
To be able to use iCab2, users must send a request to register account information to IT Center and must be approved by unit, department, and branch leaders.
iCab2 can run on devices using the operating systems IOS (From IOS 8 and above) and Android (From version 4.1 and above).
iCab2 will run best when users connect to the internet at 7.2Mbps/1.5Mbps (Down/Up)
