Ratings and reviews

So I've been getting a few calls to try this app. I installed it and tried to check the interface. There are some good sides as well as some workable sides to the app. For instance the interface for each restaurant isn't user-friendly. There are multiple foods that require variations and options to choose certain thing. That's not present. There is no tab for "Give instructions" either for those who maybe allergic to some things and need to warn beforehand. The app needs more work.

Their are lot of problems: 1: It is very very very slow. 2: When you back from one menu its restaurant list start from the first so, you you have to scroll down to select the restaurant. 3: Overall you need approximately30 minutes to order the food. If you want to compete with your competitors like food panda, and Cheetay then you have to upgrade your system.

Well, Sorry to say it's one of the worst app. It's too dam slow, the procedure of placing order is complicated, lengthy considering call confirmation. The whole process is complicated & you even can't choose the size of Pizza it's always small. Vendor customisation isn't there. It's always dam slow when you open it & it remains slow, live tracking isn't worth it doesn't show the movement of rider + there are hell lot more issue, there isn't any customer attraction compaign done...
