One of my recent good finds. Allows for instructions and substitute per item. Enables sorting to make selections easier. Not perfect specially for mobile but deserves more than 4 stars. It can improve the UI and delivery tracking/notification via SMS instead of email for mobile users. Comes with comparably great delivery service - kudos to the team handling that.

Terrible service, I paid and placed an order for the first time as early as 10AM today, picked schedule 11AM to 3PM, and it did not disappoint I still don't have my order as of 3:28, no tracking or status update real time, had to reach out their concierge number, their customer service number don't pick up, I would suggest to stick on face to face transaction, as a customer who always shop at your store this one is zero. So disappointing.

Quite easy to use app and even the actual website as compared to other sites/apps I've used. keep it up! a better user experience can be improved by upgrading your server perhaps. so it can load faster on our end. I've tested in several ISP.
