The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.
GETTING STARTED
To use the Washington State Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Washington State Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

This app is easy to read. It's easy to reach out for help too which makes me feel more in control with my money being there. A bit more powerful tools would be nice and maybe a section with some educational tips on how to use the app and set up certain actions like getting a loan would be appreciated.

I have had great experiences with my mobile bank. I pay bills and track our accounts with no problem. I have had questions that were quickly addressed by very friendly employees. Appreciate the opportunity to bank online.

Like being able to do my banking online with no problems . WSB has been a great bank and help when needed.
