To use the Crews Bank app, you must be enrolled as a Crews Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Online Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Excellent app, I just use it for basic things, checking balances, making deposits remotely... works every time. Looking at some earlier reviews from the Spring (when the app went thru a major upgrade), it seems like most if not all of those criticisms have been addressed. I know the app was not fully functional when it was first released, but it is now. Makes banking a lot easier!

Easy to use Need spanish language options in app

The overall layout and organization of this ap is a 2 star. Several features in the old ap were not brought over to this ap. Example- A check deposit doesn't show as pending immediately after it is submitted to acknowledge that it was received. Also, cashed / deposit check front and back images used to be available in account history so I could know exactly what they were for or where they came from. I hope this helps in the future because in my opinion this is a huge design flop.
