I have had limited issues using this app. It takes a little getting used to how it works. You have to communicate like you have a live interpreter, speak, pause, let it translate, repeat the process. I have mostly used the lecture mode, tested the converse mode today and it worked well. I haven't been able to try the listen mode other than trying it with a television broadcast. That didn't work out, too much talking with not enough pausing. I am reviewing the app, not the headsets.

Needs work, not bad. I tested it out with some youtube videos of a north Korean woman. And also tried it on Spanish (Colombia dialect). And both times it seemed to be a tad slow. It also didn't seem to pick it up well even at max volume. There also seems to be a struggle with it if people talk too fast. Or a few people talk at once. Update 11/19/20: Response to developers - I think it would be a massive missed opportunity to not work on translating digital voice better. Think subways etc.

horrible cracking sounds when using converse. It's like an old analog connection on the first mobile phones outside of service range. You can only hear 50% of the words at best. Not sure if mine is just defective or all are like this. I hope everyone else's devices work. The lecture mode seems to work onto my cell phone speaker. Translation is a bit slow but at least it works. I can't testify about the quality of the actual Translation yet.
