Awful experience. Price of the photo are more expensive than the race itself. I was hoping at least to have a decent technical support. I was a dreamer. After 3 weeks some photos are still not visible. After several mail nobody answer to my request. And the only thing they made is making impossible for me to purchase my own photos. Still saying "more photos to come" but anything happens. I complained and urged it several time. But it seems that money bother them. No way I will use it again.

love it, the only downside, payment method could be better, maybe giving the chance to pay with Google pay would be ideal, also it should be more clear how many pics to expect and the time frame for them to be released could be more specific. rather then the above very happy with the entire concept which I sure is in progress and will be excellent without faults in the near future. 🥂

Horrible experience. You pay 18 eur for pictures that should have been free and 30x you see 404 when trying to download what you have paid for. Rippoff Updated: finally managed to download picture and the 30% of files are corrupted. The look fine in their app. What a pile of bad work. Updated 2: app, emails all in random languages. Clean your app and send me my money back!
