Ratings and reviews

They are always late by an hour or more and they almost never call to let you know they won't make it in time. Also, sometimes I don't do the suggested tip right away because I'm unsure if something will go wrong with them and even when they arrive 2 hours late the app forces you to top before you sign off.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My order kept bouncing back and forth wit delivery drivers. My order took over 1.5hrs to arrive and yet it was wrong, not only that but my order was wrong, and the food was cold. I did message them to see why my order was taking so long I was just told the order had been placed and they would remove the delivery fee for the inconvenience have yet to see it be removed.

App is very unreliable with which restaurants are open or closed. It takes forever to get your order. Customer service is almost non existent and the restaurants are charging extra fees that you don't see upfront but it appears on your credit card later. Will delete
