no one responds on this app, there are jo.phobe numbers so you can't call the daycares, and if you contact too many people you can't contact more. winnie is a better site for daycare searches

The customer service is very poor to the point where I think it's a scam service. So the point person, Jayson, messages me to fill out a form through the messaging app but it didn't make sense to me on how they wanted me to fill it out because if you're gathering data this way, you'd have to manually input it somewhere else...it just seemed inefficient. So I ask Jayson to email me something more official and he sends me an email but it wasn't the form. He wanted $50 to assist with searching. No.

Daycare providers don't respond. I maxed out the number of providers I could request info from on 2/8 and NOBODY responded. I assume it was around 10+ providers. I know daycare is really tough to get into, esp in-home, and I just wanted info and to be added to wait lists. This app serves absolutely no purpose in helping me find daycare for my newborn later this year.
