I love the mobile deposit feature! The staff at Woodstock is wonderful when I have to go in, but the mobile app has made that a rare occassion. It works best with Android 8 or higher. If you are using a phone running Android 5, 6, or 7, the app will freeze and crash.

The app crashes and the only way I can get it fixed is to uninstall and re download it. I cannot even call the bank on weekends to fix it because they are closed. I have no other way of knowing how my bank account is because the online system is down as well. So disappointing.

Normally I would rate this app a 5+ but the past few days i haven't been able to open. Very aggravating as I chose paperless and now depending on a app that cant be productive when I need it to be.. and YES I keep track of things but I'm also human and make mistakes. PLEASE fix whatever is wrong with this app..
