The future of banking is here, with the new Westpac Fiji Mobile Banking App. It’s fast, easy to use and secure.

Take your banking with you, wherever you go. Use your smartphone or tablet to check your balance, transfer funds between your accounts or to a friend or family member. You can also pay your bills, top up your phone, all via the easy to use, fast and secure Westpac Fiji Mobile Banking app.

What you need to get started:
• A personal transactional account with Westpac Fiji
• Fiji mobile number that is linked to your accounts
• Last four digits of your Handycard or Visa Debit Card
• Be registered for Mobile Banking
• A smart phone or tablet with Android version of 7.0 or above
• Mobile data or Wi-Fi

With Westpac Fiji Mobile Banking App you can:
• Check your available balance.
• View the last 25 transactions conducted in a month via mini statement.
• Pay Bills to Westpac registered billers.
• Pay other accounts in Westpac or other banks in Fiji.
• Transfer money between your own accounts.
• Top up your Mobile number or others within the same network as yours.

Secure Banking:
• The App is compatible with Android greater than version 7.0
• The App is enabled for Two Factor Authentication, a security feature whereby code will be sent to your mobile number currently registered for Mobile Banking via SMS and you will be required to enter this code to authenticate and complete your transaction.

It is highly advisable to always log out of the app when not in use. Do not store your App login PIN on your device. Keep your log in access a secret.

If you are already signed up to Westpac mobile banking:
• Download this App and follow the prompts for a one off App registration process. (after this you will be able to use the app using only your PIN number)

Things you should know:
• If you uninstall the App you will be required to complete the one time App registration process again.
• If you change your mobile number you will need to notify the bank to be able to receive the code for Two Factor Authentication.

I have been using this app for a few years and had no problems until this month. This was after I tried to open the app and it says that I had typed my PIN incorrectly even though I was pretty sure I hadn't. So your message was there and I had to go to your branch. After everything was sorted I was told to uninstall and install. After a few weeks from then I can't access it. Until now the same message. An error occurred. Please try again in 15 minutes. That's frustrating. Please fix this.

This app is good but needs improvements. It has network connectivity issues. When I was trying to make a payment to mpaisa, a notification prompt popped up saying that there is no network. And when I came back to the payments screen, it says that payment failed. But the amount has been passed and my bank balance reduced by said amount. Furthermore, there was no SMS prompt describing the receipt of money in the mpaisa account. Please fix this issue.

A convenient app, but still has room for improvements. 1. It would be great to have notifications sent via sms. 2. It is only limited to one account, which is unfortunate for those of us that have multiple accounts. 3. It is very inconvenient to keep clearing my background app in order to access the app again without signing out.Please provide an option whether to keep me signed in or to auto sign out when the app closes. 4. Provide a tab that has links to services that the app does not cover.
