Takes more work and time to do any transactions... requires password input even after using biometrics to login. WHY?? Now, will NOT accept password, had to use "forgot password " and changed password at least 3 times in last 5 days!

Works well most of the time. Occasionally has clunky updates or longer load times.

I'm not happy with the new bank app and system update. I liked the convenience of having my money immediately and now have to wait for it to pend for an entire business day. The app is easy to use and similar to the previous one. The app constantly forced closes and sends me error messages. Didn't have these issues with the previous app.
