For the 1st couple of years, this tracking service worked like a charm but now I am beginning to see multiple bugs, like next day notifications and also multiple notifications for one event, which gets annoying when I get 3 text messages for the same alert. It is quick and does show where my assets are and where they are going, really quick but in some areas of the oil patch, my assets do not respond until they get out of that area. I would give a 5 star rating if they fix these bugs.

I was told by the salesman the app will show the names of the assets associated with the GPS trackers . it does not , all I see is the GPS tracker ID numbers . which is fine if I want to memorize 11 different serial numbers and try to remember what number goes to which machine . I guess it will let me know if something the company owns is stolen , I'll just have to find out what it is UPDATED My salesman was able to get this issue resolved it was a issue with the installation of the app . I uninstalled and had to wait about 15 minutes and reinstall and I can see the names of all my assets

Love the app but I wish it would give u more options for tracking than it has. Like with the laptop u can go back to previous days and track along with speed and other options. The mobil app is simple and easy to operate just not the information u get with computer version.
