Ratings and reviews

I'm not sure how it runs on the back-end (making and organizing forms) but the data collection experience is atrocious. Pictures taken using the app are prone to suddenly disappearing, resulting in the loss of data; the app frequently crashes, often resulting in the loss of data; and the app will seemingly arbitrarily choose to not sync some data though it will not tell you what and why, obviously resulting in the loss of data. Use Fulcrum or Survey123 instead. Galaxy S23 Ultra

Samsung Note 9: I can't even get this app to work anymore, won't sync, wont let me open anything, constantly shuts down anytime I trying to even open anything. I've tried uninstalling, logging out, and nothing works. Very frustrating. Works on my iPad, but not on this. When it functions right it's great, but it wont even function period. Was hoping 2.1.6 would fix that, but nothing.

Quality data collection app tailored to biological and environmental compliance monitoring and reporting, but can be set up for just about any data collection needs. The staff are great about working with clients about specific, proprietary needs and functionality. Highly recommended.
