I had some initial issues with getting the app to work, but Michael contacted me right away and his team went to work to figure out the issue. Within a short time they had published an update that fixed the issue. All I can say is WOW! In this age where customer service seems to be lacking, Windmill Air shows what CS is supposed to be. The Air Conditioner works great as well, in my shed. Quiet, efficient, and looks great.

The scheduler within the app just allows you to turn the unit on or off at set times -- it cannot control thermostat, fan speed or mode. As such, the app is really only useful as an internet-enabled remote control. Here's hoping for an update allowing the scheduler to adjust the settings.

I love the air conditioner, but the app leaves a good deal to be desired. It works great for turning on, though it doesn't always work outside of the apartment, which is part of the point of having it. I'd like to be able to turn the AC on before I get home to cool the place down. But also, as others have said, the scheduler does nothing more then turn on or off, always on eco mode. It would be great to control the mode and temp on a schedule, too. Please consider for the next update.
