All is good inside the app. The function to change the Equaliser mode is awesome for Phantom 800 as it remembers the state even after the earbuds are disconnected after use. But the same doesn't happen with lighting pattern. Each time we connect to the earbuds, it requires us to turn on the lighting effect. That is total rubbish. Wish you could work on that after some updates so that we don't have to turn on light every time we connect to earphones. But instead it should remember the last mode.

Wings you are just decreasing your brand reputation by not resolving the issues related to this app. Your earbuds are awesome, but this app is making it's experience worst. Follow my instructions to make this app at least usable. 1) Remove the location permission, because this is the biggest factor that app is crashing rapidly. I have paired my earbuds by enabling then instantly disabling the location. 2) Remove the network permission, because app is running fine without it after paring.

Hello, There is an issue with this app. Whenever I customize my touch controls it just doesn't save. It saves until buds (Phantom 380) stay connected. But after putting it back in the case and reconnect the touch controls resets automatically. So I just need to customize the controls again and again everytime I open the buds. Please solve this.. I really need this. Thank You!
