I only see a white screen when I open this app. I am using an Android device. I Uninstalled, restarted my phone, and reinstalled. Please fix!! ------ I love this app! And the updates are spot-on! No ads!

App keeps crashing and won't load onto my android tablet or Samsung galaxy phone. Google play had no indicators of any updates needed either. Some bugs have definitely gotta be worked out so we can access the programs we've paid to have access to.

the app does not work for me. I have sent multiple messages and emails and nothing. the only thing that I have access to on my app is next-gen which is not really relevant for me since my children are all grown. I went through such a headache to get into 100x and now I can't even get into it.
