Horrible app. Search doesn't work. Deliveries don't show up. In progress deliveries are from April. A joke for an app. You just need to wait for the rider to call you directly and/or get a notification from sender that it has been dispatched, because this app tells u nothing. Delete it and save wasting time. Ive had it for a year i think and it hasnt been accurate even once.

To track an expected delivery live, I was prompted to download the app, only to discover a vast array of issues: 1 - No basic interface without signing up, app won't move forward unless you divulge personal information and make an account 2 - Tracking number shows up as incorrect. Despite this number being sent by both rider and the dispatcher, and it working on their website on the browser, their app doesn't recognise consignment numbers 3 - No live tracking! Why prompt me to download?!!!

It's not good and upto the mark. App crashed when click on details and in the section of live tracking. It does not show exact location or even Pakistan. It's a fake kind of location on it. You must improve this. But on other hand have good details as descriptive for statuses.
