Ratings and reviews

They do not reply to the emails properly and they sell a device and then tell you that subscription runs out after 2 years. The device gets way more channels than the app they offer through Roku or through web or mobile apps as WT World tv. So when you buy a device it is better but then it gets shut down. They told me the device is a lifetime device though may get outdated. I used to get many US English channels and Canadian channels. But when you use the app there is none available.

I made payment again of 39 Rs to get gold subscription but I don't see my account even acknowledging the payment let alone activate the gold subscription. For some reason only 1 channel shows as subscribed that too not in my language ! There needs to be transparency and proper way of subscribing. I have made two payments each of 39 Rs and do not see ads removed or gold channels activated ! Wrote e mails to your office that went unacknowledged !

Worst app of all. Even illegal streaming apps offer better service than this one. I paid using Google Play Balance to extend my gold package. 5 days through, my payment is not even updated on the app itself. Emailed them, no reply. WTG, refund my money. Edit: Thank you WTG team. And yes, I do have been a lot patience with you guys. I know this is a new app, but you guys have been on this business for a long time now with other different services. Improve your game play :)
