Never works. When trying to use app, all it does is freeze and say "updating". The little status circle icon just spins and spins. Thought it was the phone and went from an iphone to an Android. Still doesn't work. Has Never worked on my phones. Useless during fire drills or whenever a hand-held device is necessary. Hopelessly disappointing app.

5 stars when the staff actually uses it correctly. 1 star when they let the technology do their jobs and turn the kids loose on the halls. I've never had a problem with the app that wasn't Operator Error.

what even is kiosk mode and why do you have to click scan before scanning each individual entering an activity/event? I don't think you guys have tried using your app.
