I am on hour three of HOw to get a club car wash account into working condition. First of all, questions float all over the place about what to do next... I approached the cashier at I falls MN for info, he was lost, and asked me to come back another day for help. Great. Came by the next day and was told to see Google Play and get an app... did it. From the gitgo, the presentation by the app was amateurish, and lacked user-friendliness. Then, after working through the info/wallet section, I ran into a snarl regarding the match up of my PW s.... Still cannot get in, and will call the help line now that the weekend is over, and my car is still waiting for a bath. The lack of clarity and pathway to achievement for this service is not acceptable. Fire the person responsible for this computer presentation, for sure.
