Terrible! I can't even view my account. It's prompting me to add a facility (which I already did), but then it just spins & spins for several minutes. Once it stops spinning & I type in my zip code, it spins for several more minutes & my facility never comes up. Super inconvenient when you don't have the gate code memorized & need to use the app to get it. Bottom line is that the app doesn't work. Don't bother downloading.

Could be better. Sometimes, the Bluetooth part to the keypads dont work well or not at all. The gates also wont open sometimes when you try to have it read the outside keypad. I pray this update will fix all this. Also, im not getting any notifications for when my rent goes up from the app. It wont stay set when i click on my unit in the app. Its beginning to suck & getting worse instead of better. Also, this app sucks because i dont get notifications that my bill is do or anything else.

App is not bad, but it could be better. I have having to input all of my info every month. Allow me to store my address and payment method. Also, screen doesn't resize for the keyboard, so input fields get cut off by the on screen keyboard.
