From Romania, Bucharest, I placed over 50 orders. DO NOT order from them past midnight. The are ALWAYS late, 8/10 times mess up your order (I got so many credits because of that, but I'd rather get the food I actually ordered), and in some cases they completely forget about the order and you have to call them after 2 hours to ask what happned...Terrible service, if you can't handle night orders, don't advertise them...

Has bugs and it seems there's no interest in fixing them. Be careful when placing group orders, that functionality is broken when using a browser. And the great thing is there's nobody to contact, it's just a facebook page where nobody knows anything about it. Wasted 45 minutes to place a group order. There's also no way of finding out if a restaurant is closed / not accepting orders because it's full. It simply dissapears from the app, and you keep searching and searching like an idiot.

After more than one hour waiting for delivery, I contacted them, and they replied that the order couldn't even be placed (!) because of an error. NOT EVEN PLACED !!! And when exactly were you planning to tell me??!? Ten minutes later, a robot calls and asks me to rate the customer support experience. Here it is: this is worse than bad, it is absolutely offensive.
