Can someone please help me understand why in the recent update to the app, you have to listen to the system prompt?( what is being said to the resident when they call) . Before the update, you just listen to the issue the resident has... now is a whole mess listening to the Oncall issue. Is there a phone number for support that I could call? Yes I know about the email support... takes a minute to get back to you....

The app works, but it's slow and options stop working. I can no longer return calls from inside the app, I have to write down the person's number and manually call them back. What a waste of time.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue has been fixed on the latest app.

On my Android phone (pixel 3 xl) it only offers me partial messages. I dislike the app forcing me to call residents back blindly or possibly not hear an actual emergency situation.
