Tried 2 book a ydrive. app said they were too busy and to try again later. so I used call a cab as I didn't have time to try again, which was fine. got to work and get a text saying my ydrive driver had arrived even though it hadn't gone through in the app, just the they are too busy, etc. driver put me as a no-show, so I got 10 dollars, basically taking from me. I called ydrive, and they ended up reimbursing me only 4 dollars and some change out of the 10. Won't be using ydrive anymore.

the app is intentionally misleading, the driver eta will show 3-5 mins just for ydrive to text you saying they *might* be able to send a driver in half an hour. the app gets stuck on "confirming ride" for several minutes without going anywhere. just call a cab instead

can never get a driver, app never works. charges you but then the site crashes. no one to talk to
