this app seems to have updated on 11/11/25 and is now no longer compatible with my phone, but when I try to use the version I have installed, it tells me I have to update, which I can't because they aren't compatible. meaning this app is now no longer usable. edit to respond to the reply I received: it's on the newest version of Android possible. new app version should realize an update isn't possible and still allow older version of app to work.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that the mobile app only supports Android versions, 16, 15, 14 and possibly 13. The information available shows your device is running Android 10. Other options for online banking access on your device are possible. Please contact your nearest branch office for additional support.

Works great for me. Easy access to my accounts so I do not have to worry about trying to get to the bank, as I am a night shift worker, and usually have to goto bed around 11am. My only suggestion is that they should sent out an alert, via the app, as to when a scheduled maintenance was going to occur and how long it will last, so we know when the apps access to the bank will be affected. If it's a bit annoying when you need to log into to check your account, and cannot because of maintenance.

Thank you for the suggestion. We agree, and have had that request in with the developer for quite some time now. The app has a number of different messaging options built in, so it is a reasonable request, but it would be up to the developer/operator to issue that push message when they enter into a maintenance window.
