I hate this app that doesn't work. In my case, the screen to log into my ticketmaster account simply won't load. i can wait for an hour and it would still won't load. I e-mailed support days ago and still received no response. I managed to solve the issue myself, but I'm unable to download the tickets to my digital wallet AND the app is crazy. Most of the time, tapping Access My Tickets literally does nothing and no pop-up screen to login. Fix for not loading: disable Chrome browser. Use Apple

The app works to get your tickets but the functionality to add tickets to a phone wallet (as recommended by them) does not work. There is no work around and is very frustrating.

I missed 20 minutes of the show 11/7 2p because the app wouldn't allow me to access my tickets. Had to go to the box office to have them sent to my email. This would have been a great alternative initially and would not have caused me & my guest as much anxiety.
