If i was capable of giving it no stars i would have done that. This app doesn't work at all the tracking us stack their customer service number doesn't work the chat box doesn't work it tells u to click on one of its following options Iver and over again except that there is no options to click on ‼️‼️

If there is a zero, I will give this a negative zero. The worst carrier ever. I ordered in temu and I received no updates or any calls from the driver, they just called when they are arrived. It is a shame that they cannot change the system for the company's sake. Most of the reviews I found true and according to our experiences. 👎👎👎

Poor Service, I have order from temu, temu is reachable but this j&t express not at all trying to reach them both email and call no one is answering for my delayed order. i order jan 24 or 25 until now didn't came i thought more fast than others but i was wrong. my order still in transit. i email them if they can deliver 30 or 31 but still no answer. poor service really. 👎👎
