Very poor experience with the app. I have zaggle meal card issued by my employer, it's not working on few merchants since last few days. While I asked about this to the customer care executive, he said that there's some technical error which is going on at some of the merchants and hence you'll not be able to use it at those merchants for a time being. Firstly we can't use it at all the places since it's a meal card and even if using it for food items, the trxn declines then its poor service!

The app does not provide a smooth and seamless user experience. It can be well segregated to provide faster experience. Specially the home page definitely looks cluttered. Unlike other apps, it definitely does not help the customer who want clean and clear actions to be executed.

Extremely poor experience while making payments on hungerbox.. Other methods takes couple of seconds but this one takes forever all the time. Also transaction fails more often. Moreover, it uses old school approach of using password instead of otp.. Which is simply pathetic.
