The app has less functionality than the website. The service seems fine, but the app has not been given much attention. The app notification constantly says there is a new message. There are no messages, so I assume it means alerts. There doesn't appear to be a way to dismiss the alerts. Even after you open the alert it often stays unread. There is no way to view your credit score on the app. If you wish to add a child for monitoring you have to do it on the website.

can't log into app or website. called customer service twice they said clear cache, I was able to log in but a little later i was not able to log in. another agent gave me a new username and I was able to login on computer, a few minutes later I'm not able to login. the website and app are wigging out then the app just started crashing whenever I tried to login. what the actual f. the last agent I was on the phone with, I told her something is wrong with the website and app and she said no

I've read a couple of reviews about the app saying it needs to be updated, but when you tap to update, it sends you to the Play Store, and no update is available. Guess it's my turn. It's made the app effectively useless. I even deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same problem. And you guys are protecting my identity??????? #DoBetterZander To be fair, I did like the app, WHEN I COULD ACTUALLY USE IT!!! Oy Vey!
