What does it do?

Sense uses clever technology to keep things simple. It saves you time so you can get on with your day. Once you’ve activated the app on your phone, you can:

- Update your policy, personal details and vehicle information.
- View and download your policy documents.
- If you’re involved in an accident, take details and make a claim right from the app.

We’re rolling out new features all the time, so be sure to keep the app up-to-date on your phone.

Worst experience I've ever had with any company. This is reflected in the app too. Customer support is nonexistent, they've taken £300 from my account and each time I've reached out through the app to talk to ANYONE, I'm met with a message saying someone will get back to me in 'up to five days in rare cases'. Three times I have far exceeded this with no contact back. They don't care or no one's there. I'm literally taking this to the ombudsman because it's so bad. Avoid Zego like the plague

The app is broken. 2 weeks ago, was in the high 80s. After app update score wont go above 73 driving score no matter how i drive, how slow i go around corners or how freaking far back i start break, regardless of tried everything. It won't go up made sure been given myself. Plenty of space for breaking haven't gone above the speed limit and have really slow around corners.But yet some how, i'm a really bad driver do not get zego insurance

accidentally deleted the previous review, there's no point telling me to contact support when I've been getting NO ANSWER for the past 5 days to cancel my policy. one star because lack of support for canceling my policy, telemetrics tracking in my work car (which zego isn't the insurance on) has a car linking feature which gives no option to link to prevent that, telemetrics also sensitive as hell where lightly breaking makes your score go down
