Ratings and reviews

Signing up was fine but logging in is a pain and you constantly get logged out while still in the app. No real info about my workman's comp case is listed so I never know what's going on and I've been passed from adjuster to adjuster with no genuine answers or guidance whatsoever. Horrible app for a horrible insurance company.

I have downloaded this app on iphone 13 (which it says must be iphone 13 or later). Also downloaded on my samsung with google play and my tablet as well (both via android). Neither of the three apps downloaded on separate devices will allow me to even register further than the first step of providing my phone number. Keeps saying app is unavailable try again later. This has been more than two weeks of attempting! I also tried entering "forgot username and password." says same thing with email !

App doesn't work, and when you call for assistance they tell you to try redownloading it. Can't register, throws a 404 error, and the person they say is in charge of tech support doesn't answer their phone
