RIP off...I paid for a facial, which it was just okay then signed up for their program to come back once every other month for a service. However, I had a family emergency out of state 3 days later and called, emailed to cancel since I wouldn't be able to collect on services and it took them 3 emails and numerous messages to get back with ONLY to be blamed for missing the cancellation deadline and refused my refund. Meanwhile, also wanted to charge me for product given. THIEVES, SCAM
