Thanks to My Vodafone application you can control your account anytime from anywhere. You can log in easily with your phone number, or e-mail and password, and right away you will receive actual overview about your units usage (data, free minutes and SMS) or for example about your billing status.

Except overviews of all kind, that you can have also by form of widget directly on your phone screen, you can activate other services in your app with few clicks and edit those that are running (for example additional purchase of data to your tarif, roaming settings), you can pay billings, you can top up the credit (by card or coupon). And all this clearly and simply for all the phone numbers you have with us.

Many times awarded application is completely for free, at home, but also abroad. Therefore you will not miss any data from your package. Furthermore there are new competitions, bonuses and discounts from us or our business partners, waiting for you in the section My offers.

What else is My Vodafone offering? For example roaming calculator, possibility to buy new SIM card and devices, information about your contract and tarif, speed control of connection, maps of our stores and coverage or important news from Vodafone. Ratings and reviews

Useless, unintuitive, nothing can be found from one click. It looks like vodafone has no idea that this is a mobile app which is supposed to be viewed on the mobile phone - all elements are big, chat-bot's face is covering half of the monitor, all registration forms are long. They force you to change the way of signing-in and that doesn't work at the end. Very disappointing and annoying:((

I'd put much higher score but the recent experience caused me troubles. I requested to close my account at Vodafone and before that configured the access to the app via email and tested it while I still had my phone number. As customer support assured me I must have had the access to the app with just my email (since I wouldn't have the phone number anymore) for some time. But from the day I lost access to my phone number I couldn't sign in into the app with my email either.

This needs UI redesign and revamping to an intuitive and user friendly experience. Too buggy as to the services and account management and use, no way to see more than one service before it crashes and shuts down itself. Features are scattered allover the app and we are struggling with it.
