A system so bad I can't fathom any apartments ever dreaming of using this. Oh yeah let's use this garbage whose lockers can't even fit as much as mail boxes and instead of a key let's make users input a code they never obtain. Mail carriers leave mail outside your lockers because even they can't figure out this pile of trash. I've seen applications built in 24 hours better than this one. I've seen ChatGPT come up with better UI than this app. QR never works, they never pick up calls, stupidity.

The Android app simply doesn’t work. It won’t open on my Galaxy S25 (Android 15), and it didn’t work on my S23 either. Meanwhile, it works on an iPhone 13, but that does nothing for me. It’s ridiculous that I have to go out of my way to warn couriers not to use the lockers because if they do, I can’t get my packages until the office opens. For a paid service, this is beyond frustrating. If your team needs help fixing this app, I’m looking for work.

Has to be a scam lol, my apartment "uses" this and told me to download it. The app literally won't open, it just closes/crashes itself. I went to the box itself at my complex and if you touch the screen, it says it lost Internet and needs to restart ... over and over again. Just talk to your apartment complex before downloading this, it's probably a waste of your time.
