It's convenient to have, however it does not allow for specific order changes. Only pre set order preferences, also ZIP POINTS EXPIRE. I do not have notifications on due to my preferences however when I looked I had only 3000 points. Under further investigation I found they expire after a while so roughly 7k points expired without my knowledge. About $65 worth of points I had saved for a day I forgot my wallet or something. Use them before then. Kind of a huge bummer that they just up and vanish

It's okay I guess. The reason for two stars is because the last 3 times I scanned or input barcode, it always needs to update and gives a message "Oops! Thank you for scanning your barcode. We're still updating your order within our system. Once its completed, your Zipcoins will arrive in your account overnight." The last part of that statement never happened for the last 3 times.

Decent app as it is simple to use. Cons are: - when are they going to change Zipster Rewards selections? Tired of getting rhe same things. Also not all menu items are shown via the app. One of my faves is the Teri Hamburger steak which I am unable to order properly since it is not listed. -I liked the pay in store option but now it is no longer an option.
