EDIT: I emailed support regarding the crashing issue. I got a response the same day, sent them the additional feedback they requested, and the next day they reverted back to say the app was fixed. A few hours later the new version was available on Play Store, and this time it's working. Awesome service guys! Will be using the app soon! Installed the app, entered my number, got the OTP, then the app crashed. And now it crashed immediately everitime I try to open it...

delivery time and driver tracking is not accurate. never deliver in under an hour, sometimes wait 2 hours. frozen goods always arrive defrosted and the refund option is a shlep when food has already expired. also cannot load my card and have to EFT or use cash for payment. app constantly crashes, search function doesn't work. only positive is that when it is working, you can get urgent items late at night and the drivers are always friendly. please have someone fix your app, it's a nightmare.

The only good thing about this app is the relatively low prices and fast delivery compared to Ubereats and yassir. I just ordered on the app and the driver called me saying he's outside and I should be quick because it's raining. I went outside to find out he's not there and waited 15 whole minutes in the rain for him, I didn't even have an umbrella. He then arrives and has the audacity to tell me I should check my address because it took him to the wrong place. Horrible experience.
