This app went from best to worst in its segment. Horribly bad app performance, driver tracking is inaccurate, the information doesn't update on the app anymore after confirming delivery and good luck trying to get hold of the driver. The app experience has deteriorated dismally and it's a shame for what was a pioneer in the space. Please fix this.

This app is not adequately set up. We ordered drinks around 22h00, but it kept shifting the delivery time to the next hour. Fast forward, after 2 hours of waiting outside in car, as we were tracking the driver on the app, it kept showing that they are at the estate gate, we drove there but there wasn't anyone. Poor accuracy! They didn't arrive the entire night, yet it kept shifting the time. Unreasonable! Please have a time limit by which deliveries should be completed and better accuracy!

Started off great, but they got greedy with fees. Now to get free delivery, it's either R350 when they aren't busy, or R450 when they decide it's busy/weekends/late and you still get a surcharge fee added. You're better off with Takealot more + pick n pay or checkers sixty sixty now
