This helps the City of North Las Vegas, and makes us aware of important issues and helps us to be responsive to the needs of the community.
• Just point, click and submit real-time information on issues
• Attach a photograph to illustrate the problem
• Assign the location of the issue, or the app auto-assigns it for you.
City Staff will receive your case immediately and you can even use your phone to check on the status and receive messages from the City on your request as it is processed.

The app will not allow me to access using my desktop information....After numerous attempts, un-installing the app and re-installing it back in different occasions the issues continues to present itself over and over no longer wasting my time I'm so over it... 😒✌

Does not work at all. Even if you get logged in anything you try doesn't do anything. I reported an abandoned car. No one did anything and when I called directly 2 weeks later they had no record of the report. Complete junk.

App is inoperative! Same as the folks described. Desktop information can't be used to log in. Can't give any lower than one star, otherwise I would if there were negative options.
