if I could give this app a negative 5 I would. the cameras don't record unless you buy a subscription and even then they crash and don't record properly. if you want to cancel your subscription good luck because they will keep charging you or the apps unsubscribe button doesn't work like the rest of the app which would not surprise me.

I used to like this camera and app, but within the last couple months ya'll decided to advertise your cloud storage in the worst way possible. I'll get an alert for movement, open the app and have to wait till you're done showing me your cloud storage subscription before I can view my camera. every. single. time. Seconds can matter in an emergency and you guys know that's what these cameras are for. disgusting

No tech support! only from the retailer. Motion detection shows an alert, but IT WILL NOT RECORD to the MicroSD card! The only way to view motion sensor triggered recordings is if you pay for a monthly subscription. Camera will be on your network and able to send data to their servers. (Hate this security hole.) Just recording to the MicroSD card is not an option. The manual is lacking.. This info not on box and the menu system is not clear. Device SKU: 783266 Part#: SC15-WQ3
