Ratings and reviews

AVVNL module of this app never works. Only login can be done but after that app dialogue says "unable to fetch the details for this account". This is the condition of this part of app always, though JVVNL module works well. It is better to remove this module so that customer does not have to try accessing this part of app.

This app and JVVNL both are third grade. From 2 months the lights keep on blinking all day, complaints are getting closed without our confirmation and solution and now from 2 days the app has also stopped taking complaints, it shows no network, try again. If there is no network, then how is it showing my bill dues and all other data. Totally fake app and mismanaged company. While complain through call it says, use Bijli Mitra app amd while using app, it says call at numbers. How cheap it is.

Pathetic app development. Before release to the customer, no proper test was done for the app. Below are a few major bugs Two diffrent login credtional need for mobile and web applications which is non-standard Once you make a payment from the mobile app, it will be successful, but it redirects to the web application once you click on the home of the web, not the application.
