Ratings and reviews

Very slow, not intuitive at all. Doesn't display words correctly on my Samsung so I can't read text. Messages not in correct English. Very poor.

Recently started using Continia but only managed to submit two claims via app. All subsequent claims have been - * prepared via app, but * submitted via web. Also, web version doesn't seem to have history/status of claim so it looks like having to use both app and web versions (Android) for claims, at least for now. UPDATE: Swipe to submit - found after reading other feedback.
