About this app

With the read-out app, the water attendant can electronically document the read water meter readings. As an addition to the process solution OK.FIS VA VGA (consumption billing) of the AKDB AöR for municipal finance, the following advantages arise compared to the list of hardcopies in paper form:

Manual effort to record the meter readings in the process is eliminated.

Optimal overview of the already made or still to be performed meter readings by filter function and full-text search in the read-out app

Additional information about the individual meters

The read-out app ensures that all information needed for OK.FIS is fully captured.
Errors during manual entry of a meter reading and reading date can be avoided by plausibility checks.

The meter readings recorded in the read-out app can be imported into the OK.FIS procedure by means of a CSV file.
The registration of meter readings is paperless.
