dashface4pay enables the digital representation of the purchase-to-pay process from the requirement notification through the incoming invoice to approval. With the help of this new, company-wide solution, the amount of work per invoice is significantly reduced. On the other hand, the app supports mobile processing of tasks - whether in the home office or on site at the customer.

Within the dashface4pay app, the revision-proof storage of invoice documents and their content check is possible. With special features, such as automatic invoice recognition through Optical Character Recognition (OCR for short) and an integrated artificial intelligence (AI), which learns when recognizing the invoices, the functionalities of the app are constantly improving. A comparison of invoices and requirement notifications makes any discrepancies quickly and easily recognizable. If desired, dashface4pay transfers invoices to the ERP system as bookings.
