About this app

The electronic pollen information network (ePIN) consists of eight electronic pollen monitors at eight locations in Bavaria (Alötting, Feucht, Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Hof, Marktheidenfeld, Mindelheim, Munich, Viechtach). ePIN provides data on pollen concentrations of allergy-causing plants in real time.

You also have access to a pollen diary in which you can document your personal allergy-related complaints and impairments in everyday life. You can compare your information in the pollen diary directly with the pollen count measurements. This will help you adjust or plan your behavior and, if necessary, your medication intake.

In the app you will find the following content:
- Current daily pollen count of the most important allergy-causing plants in 3-hour intervals at the eight locations
- Review of the pollen count from the past few days at the eight locations
- New: Pollen diary to record pollen allergy symptoms and impairments in everyday life
