About this app

Our maintenance app is the ideal mobile complement to the web-based facility (24) desktop application. It offers a wide range of applications in facility management (CAFM), IWMS, CMMS as well as property and real estate management. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, the app can be easily operated by any user and your assets can be managed. It is possible to use the app in combination with the desktop version at any time.

Our app communicates via the web with your cloud service provided in the facility (24) and can actively process processes from maintenance, maintenance management and fault reports. In addition to the numerous basic functions, working times can also be recorded, work orders acknowledged, processes forwarded and photos integrated.

Use the combination of mobile flexibility and the comprehensive desktop application to optimally handle your facility management tasks.
