About this app

An MPS solution enables comprehensive management of all printing systems, analyzing the printing behavior on site and having the required cartridge delivered just-in-time.

To operate a successful Managed Print Services solution, it was previously necessary to install an on-site acquisition client, which always required additional hardware. With the MPS acquisition client as a real app for Android, the classic acquisition client can now be dispensed with, especially for smaller installations.
All information about your printer is available in the detailed view in a clear presentation. In addition to the fill levels of the cartridges used, these are - depending on the device - also the remaining service life of the consumables and waste toner containers. In addition, the status of the page counter is displayed directly to you for precise accounting of the print volume and the network identity information.

The app updates the printer data on the MPS server automatically and in the background if the smartphone is in the same network.

With the Mercury MPS app from docuFORM you receive not only the information contained in the standard MIBs of your devices, but also the extended data of the private MIBs, which contain additional manufacturer and device-specific information about the printing system.
