About this app

With the Generali GesundheitsApp, you always have the services of Generali Germany health insurance with you*.

The health app at a glance:

- Insurance has never been so easy. Take care of important matters directly in the app.
- Once registered, you can use the app on all your mobile devices*. Some functions are also available on the PC.
- Simply photograph documents, send, done.
- Send invoices with barcode in two clicks.
- Receive mail directly in the app.
- If you have activated this, we will notify you via push notification of updates to your sent and received documents.
- Find out at any time* about your insured benefits.

In the Generali GesundheitsApp you will also find information about products, services, offers, competitions and promotions from the companies in the Generali Group, DVAG and cooperation partners. This information is displayed to you, among other things, in the form of news and service articles on the various pages of the app.

Sending invoices, sick notes, personal letters and forms is now even easier: photograph documents and send them securely to Generali with the health app. With the app, you always know* that we have received your documents or whether we still have questions about an invoice, for example.

If you wish, you can receive the mail from your Generali health insurance company directly in the app. Documents can be conveniently read, saved, forwarded and printed on smartphones and tablets. You can also access and manage the documents in your web mailbox on your PC.

You can be informed by push notification when there is news about the documents you have sent or when you receive mail from us in the app. You can then see all the news at a glance on the start page of the app. We will also inform you by e-mail as soon as we have mail in your inbox. And if something goes wrong with your photos, we will explain step by step how you can send us missing or poorly legible documents again.

All documents are stored permanently. You can use the app on multiple devices at the same time. This gives you access to your documents anytime, anywhere*. Even if you change your smartphone, nothing is lost anymore.

In the "Contract" area you can see the most important information about your insurance at any time*. So you always* know exactly what is insured.

Your health is important to us. That's why the new app has its own health section. Here you will find useful tips about your health and an overview of the valuable services that Generali and its cooperation partners offer you. Depending on the contract, you can use different offers: Telephone advice around the clock? Information on upcoming vaccinations and preventive appointments in the electronic health record? Speak directly to a doctor via video? Find out which services you can use.

Important for you to know:

We always support the latest Android version as well as the last two previous versions. You can usually install the health app on older Android devices. We do not offer technical support for older operating systems.

* Prerequisites for using the Generali GesundheitsApp are:
- an active internet connection – the user may incur costs as a result of this from the internet or mobile phone provider.
- a compatible device (smartphone or tablet). The app always supports the latest Android version as well as the last two previous versions. We cannot offer technical support for older versions. We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee that every device is compatible with the health app.

App is not supported for English. I can't understand anything as it is in German. Not suitable for internationals Edit: I checked similat reviews with English version request and you are replying since last 2 years with the same answer. How long does it take to get English language in an App? I am an IT engineer, let me know if you need help. This can be done in a week in my point of view not 2 years.
