Worst customer service ever! On the 1st of April I was getting an authentication error on my account and I could not log in again. I had just bought a 10-ticket plan a few days earlier and only used one of them. I reregistered with the same number, and the 10-ticket plan disappeared from my account. I have now called customer care and she said nothing can be done about it since I reregistered. Seriously? Where do you keep your logs then? I actually used the same number to register! Never again!

Often not working at all with an infinite loop "your request is being processed'. Even when being inspected and the inspectors are often not well trained for the app and these failures. Pretty painful. So in the end, paper tickets are the only alternative.

I'm using this app daily, since it is the only way to buy mobile tickets. The good: * when set up correctly it actually works The bad: * pretty much everything Setup is pain. The amount of information you have to enter makes you think you are buying a car, not a train ticket. When opening a ticket to show for inspection it displays a big "your data is updating" box, hiding the ticket!! You need to turn on airplane mode to prevent this. Or take a screenshot. So stupid! No fix in years.
