With the My WebID app you carry out every identification - with video, online banking, ID card photos, digital identity or eID function - in just a few steps.

The My WebID app only needs authorization for the camera.

Tips:
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection to ensure smooth operation. WiFi is better than mobile data.
• Good lighting helps to identify the ID card.
• The ID document should be clean and undamaged and not covered by your hand.

Ratings and reviews

Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

We had to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to pick up, and then the person was extremely rude and hung up without conducting the ID check. I recommend avoiding to use this service if you can use another ID check provider

This is BY FAR the worst service I've ever used! I called over 20 times and every single time, except the last, they hung up within a few seconds. It wasn't until one very nice person who explained that they don't accept my country's passport. Every other person just hung up without saying goodbye or giving an explanation. WORST SERVICE ON PLANET EARTH!!!
