Frustrating to get it to work when taking your portrait. Tiny text with recommendations what to do, is nearly impossible to read. Then because it's is at bottom of screen, your eyes are practically closed when your trying to read the instructions, to it can't get a good image of you. Poorly thought through.

When first reading that the expected waiting time would be more than 30 minutes I already thought that that's kinda long. Oh boy, how wrong I was. 4 attempts, in the morning as well as and in the evening, with me waiting between 45 minutes and up to 2:30 hours (every time a waiting time of more than 30 minutes was indicated) I still have not managed to get a hold of a representative. Particularly odd: Identification attempts are not disconnected after closing time at 22:00.

worst app, agents can't confirm the ID, because the quality "internet connection" is too bad or sth. even though connected with high speed internet (verified with speed test) and tried with multiple devices. impossible to verify the ID 90% of the agents immediately hang up and most don't speak English.
